What you need? a 4mm punch, hammer.
How to fit? use the punch to knock out the old bearings from the opposite side placing the punch through the centre of the bearing. Place the new bearing over the centre of the wheel and gently tap with the hammer around the edges of the bearing until flush. turn over the wheel and remember to refit the spacer the repeat the process.
