How do I choose the right scooter for my child's age?
We categorize our scooters by age range and weight capacity. For toddlers, we recommend our 3-wheeled Mini Micro range for stability, while older children and teens typically prefer our 2-wheeled Sprite or Cruiser models for speed and agility.
What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express next-day delivery options for orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unassembled, and in a sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do Micro Scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note this does not cover wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Are replacement parts available if a component breaks?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sustainability. We stock a full range of replacement parts, from wheels and brakes to handlebars, so you can repair your scooter rather than replacing it.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Most of our scooters arrive nearly fully assembled. Typically, you will only need to click the handlebar into the base, which requires no tools and takes less than a minute.
